Previous Purchased Visibility & Internal Performance
Previous Purchased Enhancements:
The Previous Purchased feature has been enhanced with a new filter, making it easier to locate items that have been ordered before when searching. Each previously purchased item now displays the last purchased date, and users can click that date to navigate directly to the associated order from the product detail page, improving visibility and convenience when reviewing past purchases.
Internal Fixes & Improvements:
This release also includes several internal updates focused on improving speed, accuracy, and the overall experience. Quick Order Exports now process faster, new fields have been added to internal emails with improved syncing between connected platforms, and enhanced logic has been introduced for estimated delivery date email updated to provide more reliable and timely information.

Password Expiration Policy:
To improve security, we’ve introduced a new password expiration policy for customers who have not logged in for an extended period. If your password has expired, you will be prompted to reset it when you log in, ensuring your account remains protected.
Streamlined Account Registration:
We’ve made the registration process faster and easier. New registered user information is now stored securely, even when an existing administrator already exists for an account. This update simplifies approvals for adding new users that register at the account level, making it easier for team members to gain access. In addition, new notifications keep you informed about the status of requests to add new team members that register for an online account.
Login & Registration Page Enhancements:

User Flow Improvements across Ship-To Selection, Redirects and Platform Performance
Quote Update Process:
Improved logic ensures that quote modifications (pricing, availability, etc.) are reflected more quickly and accurately in your online account. This minimizes discrepancies and supports better decision-making during the purchasing process.
Ship-To Selector Favoriting & Flow Updates:
The ship-to selection tool now supports favoriting frequently used addresses, with a cleaner layout and faster response times. This simplifies multiple ship-to ordering or price checking. In addition, you will find new fields are found like the internal ship-to ID in the selector, and address book.
Direct Navigation from PDFs:
Reference numbers from EECO-generated PDFs (quotes, orders, invoices) can now be pasted directly into your browser. After login, users will be routed straight to the correct document—reducing navigation time and avoiding manual searches and filtering by reference numbers.
Authenticated Homepage Redirects:
Users who log in from the homepage are now always taken directly to their authenticated dashboard, eliminating an extra step and improving flow.
System Performance Optimizations:
Backend updates were made to enhance load times, reduce latency, and improve reliability across specific high-traffic workflows. These changes ensure better responsiveness during peak usage.
Quick Order Export Real-Time Pricing Bug Fix:
Logic has been added to prevent pricing lookup failures in the Quick Order export files. This ensures that your account-specific pricing is consistently returned and accurately displayed in exports of 5,000+ items.

Improvements to Quick Order Functionality & Website Guidance
Boosted Quick Order Performance & Additional Export Data:
Quick Order now will support larger imports and exports. Exports with 100 items or less process instantly, while larger ones will be emailed directly to you once processed for your convenience. Export files also now include the manufacturer lifecycle status (if not active), item description, and manufacturer name.
Tooltips & Elements to Improve Guidance:
New tooltips and clickable elements will be added across the site to explain key messages. For example, a tooltip now appears beside web prices before login to clarify that account-specific pricing is shown after logging in. Additional clickable elements were added in places such as the checkout flow for improved guidance.

When you convert a quote that includes temporarily created items or items that are unavailable on EECOonline, processes are now in place to ensure a seamless transition. A new credit status notification has been implemented to improve account management and your overall online experience. If your account has a credit status issue, you will now see a notification on your account dashboard upon logging in. Previously, credit status issues would result in you being locked out of your online account. With this update, you will retain access to log in but you will be restricted from placing orders online. Quick Order Import, Search Functionality and Job Reference Tracking
Quick Order Import & Form Search Functionality:Significant improvements were implemented to the Quick Order form search functionality and to the import templates to enhance your online purchasing experience. The Quick Order import templates will now respect EECOs internal round by rules for conversion. Additionally, the Quick Order form and Request a Quote form have been enhanced to improve item search capabilities. Both forms now support searches by UPC, Customer Part Number, Product Keyword, and Manufacturer Part Number, in addition to the existing EECO Part Number and Name/Keyword search options. These updates ensure a more accurate and efficient ordering process.
Enhanced Tracking with Job Reference Field:We have enhanced our tracking features to improve your account management experience. A new field called "Job Reference" has been added to Invoice History, Order History, and Quotes online. This field will now populate and can be easily filtered and sorted, allowing for more efficient and organized tracking of your transactions.
